ABOUT Irene Park
Irene Park is a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping Individuals, Couples, and Families navigate and overcome obstacles, build resilience, and thrive in their relationships and lives. Throughout her academic and professional endeavors, Irene immersed herself in the principles of Structural Family Therapy and Strategic Therapy. Specialized training in these systemic frameworks allowed Irene to refine her skills in assessing and reshaping complex relational patterns and family dynamics, allowing her clients to shift from being stuck in ineffective patterns to accessing healthier, more adaptive behaviors. Incorporating techniques from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), she further supports her clients towards positive change by recognizing the transformative potential of harnessing their existing resources and capabilities.
Irene’s competence in solution-focused approaches, with a specialized focus on Structural and Strategic interventions allows her to adopt a collaborative style that is direct but compassionate, practical, and change oriented. She believes in engaging clients as active participants in their therapeutic journey, working alongside them to identify and amplify their strengths while addressing challenges with clarity and purpose.
