ABOUT Taylor Lee
Taylor Lee creates a collaborative and nonjudgmental space for clients who are ready to make meaningful changes and live more authentically. She specializes in working with people who have spent much of their lives people-pleasing or prioritizing others, and who are now ready to reconnect with their own needs, values, and voices. As an Asian American woman, Taylor brings lived experience and cultural humility into her work, and she is deeply committed to creating a safe, affirming space for people of color and members of marginalized communities.
Taylor utilizes an integrative approach that draws from various therapeutic modalities with individuals (Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Mindfulness) and couples (Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method) to help meet her clients’ unique goals and preferences.
Taylor holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University Teachers College.
