Dr. Stephanie Joseph is a licensed psychologist who provides compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She is dedicated to creating a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to navigate challenges and build meaningful change.
Dr. Joseph specializes in treating anxiety, trauma, emotional and behavioral difficulties, adjustment concerns, and the psychological impact of chronic medical conditions. Her approach is relational, culturally responsive, and tailored to each client's unique needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed interventions.
In addition to psychotherapy, Dr. Joseph conducts comprehensive psychological and diagnostic evaluations for individuals ages 6 and older. She provides assessment and testing for a broad range of psychiatric, academic, developmental, learning, attentional, behavioral, and neurocognitive concerns. Through collaborative assessment and psychoeducation, she helps clients and families gain diagnostic clarity, better understand their strengths and challenges, and identify effective recommendations for treatment, educational support, and personal growth.
