Dr. Sylvia Gindy is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a graduate of Nova Southeastern University. Her doctoral training focused on helping individuals overcome anxiety and trauma. Dr. Gindy spent her early career helping combat veterans manage their daily lives.
Now, she specializes in helping career-focused individuals manage the stress and anxieties of living and working in New York City. With over a decade of in-the-field experience, she provides evidence-based therapies and practical life strategies with a warm and supportive style. A career-driven New Yorker herself, her ability to relate to her clients translates into a natural, relaxed, and genuinely caring practice.
Dr. Gindy works with her clients hands-on to create unique treatment plans that bring them closer to the best version of themselves. Each client receives the therapy they will benefit from—and resonate with—most, culled from from her wide-ranging training in evidence-based techniques.
