ABOUT Hana Blair
Hana Blair, MHC-LP works with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating an array of mental health challenges. Prior to her work as a clinician, Hana received her Ed.M. in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University and her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Miami.
Hana brings diverse clinical experience across private practice and community-based settings. In private practice, she has worked with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and other emotional and behavioral challenges. She has also provided community-based support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and ADHD, further strengthening her commitment to individualized and accessible care.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, grounded in the belief that humans are inherently resilient. Hana strives to create a space where clients feel safe to show up fully as themselves, and where they are met with care and a grounded sense of support. While she primarily works from a psychodynamic framework, she integrates CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic interventions to tailor care to each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. In session, Hana balances gentle curiosity, emotional attunement, and thoughtful challenging to help clients identify patterns, deepen insight, and reach their goals.
